Company has a wide range of B2B and B2C products and multiple distribution centers. Company has doubled revenues in last three years and is accomplishing 5-8 acquisitions annually.
Global parent; profitable and expanding B2B and B2C that is enjoying double digit growth due to new products, additional customers, and acquisitions. Key on USA operations. New center stage role with excellent upside in IT, best practices, operations management, M&A or international assignments (e.g. Australia, Canada, Germany, Ireland, Spain, and Switzerland).
OPPORTUNITY: Goal is to move to new ERP platform to support all business applications. Be a key member of the Global ERP Program to implement a single ERP solution. Lead the documentation of all configuration & set-up and document all necessary business process flows (e.g. sales, order management, billing, and supply chain).
The role will support the Global ERP team in the testing and implementation of the overall solution. Support the functional / operational project leaders in co-creating or updating the training material / collateral and supporting end user training, as well as assisting the Go-Live and post Go-Live support. If interested, have an opportunity to travel to Australia, UK, and Germany in 2019.
REQUIREMENTS: BS/BA wanted. Seek 2+ years of business analysis or systems documentation experience. Any experience with major ERP system qualifies (e.g. Eclipse, IFS, JDE, Oracle, and SAP). Must be willing to travel 30 to 40% to major cities in USA. Looking for local talent with upside potential.
REWARD: $60,000 to $75,000 plus 10% bonus target. This company likes to promote from within.
