Salary Range: 140000.00 - 160000.00 per year (USD Permanent)

Industry: Healthcare Services
Accounting: Everything from journal entries through month end close. Three biggest issues will be billing, payroll, and collections. Will establish new P/Ls as business expands. Will be liaison with external auditors on tax related compliance. Use Quickbooks to start and upgrade in future.
Budgeting-FP&A: Develop a more formal budget and short term forecasting; analyze expenses and revenues trends; review profitability of key accounts
Compliance: Ensure accuracy of financial data….will get audited by different states and healthcare organizations….want to make sure everything is buttoned up
Business Analytics: Develop financial and operational analytics that will measure business performance
Treasury: Be responsible for all insurance programs from health to error & omissions….be liaison to lenders…partner on attracting additional funding….forecast and manage cash….workers compensation……profit sharing and 401K administration
Licensing Agreements & Contracts: Administrate customer, vendor and employment contracts; partner with legal to expand operations in other states
Human Resources: be responsible for all HR functions (many of which need to be established)….this will include handbook, compensation, benefits, background checks, training (learning & development), performance management, employee relations, organizational planning, HR policies, etc.
Marketing: Will use 3rd parties initially and will coordinate services for website, digital marketing, SEO/SEM, advertising, etc.
Facilities Management/Real Estate: Be responsible for anything to do with office(s) including leases, parking, and maintenance.
Information Technology: Will look at potential upgrades in technology on a regular basis and leverage 3rd party resources for internet, mobile technology, CRM, and business related software….will ensure communication and security.
Purchasing: Will control all purchasing and vendor contracts
Be a strategic business partner and define milestones, goals, objectives, and deliverables.
