Sr. Director of Sales - B2B Food & Beverage

OPPORTUNITY: High visibility leadership role managing a national sales team. Set the overall strategy, deliver on sales and profitability targets, build a pipeline of new customer opportunities, and strengthen key account relationships. Manage, coach, motivate and measure the sales team. Collaborate with internal partners in marketing, product development and finance. Opportunity to advance!
REQUIREMENTS: BA/BS required; MBA preferred. 10+ years of B2B commercial experience, including tenure in sales/business development ($100M+ business responsibility). Ideal candidates have expertise in nutrition and/or personal care. Strong people leadership capabilities; direct team management experience required. Demonstrated strategic thinking and communication skills. Ability to travel - estimated 25%.
REWARD: Base $190-210k plus 25% target bonus, company car, relocation package and competitive benefits.
