VISION: Value adding and center stage role. B2B with double digit growth due to new products, additional customers, and acquisitions. Company is rolling out a new ERP solution across USA that will interface with global operations.  Excellent upside in IT, best practices, operations management, M&A or international assignments (e.g. Australia, Ireland, Spain).

 

OPPORTUNITY: Be mentored; need a versatile team player with strong project management skills. This is a sales and service model with multiple distribution centers and 60+ field offices. Goal is to move to new cloud based ERP platform to support all business applications. Participate on the configuration, testing and implementation of businesses processes to manage core finance, supply chain, field service, sales, account management, contract and asset based transactions.

 

Be involved with full project life cycle that will start with newest subsidiaries. Be a business partner to stakeholders and provide project leadership, direction, and focus. Provide weekly updates on key milestones and deliverables. Support a wide spectrum of stakeholders including customer support, finance, human resources, operations, sales, service, and supply chain.

 

REQUIREMENTS: BS/BA wanted. PMP ideal. Seek 3+ years of business experience that includes implementation of ERP software for a distribution, manufacturing, retail or sales/service business model. Any major ERP system qualifies (e.g. Eclipse, IFS, JDE, Oracle, and SAP). Must have documentation and process mapping experience plus some formal project management methodology background (Agile, Waterfall, MS Project, etc.). Must be willing to travel 25-30% to major cities in USA. Looking for local talent with upside potential.

 

REWARD: $80,000 to $90,000 plus 15% bonus target. This company likes to promote from within.
