OPPORTUNITY:Key B2B industrial sales leadership role, managing a direct team of territory representatives across the eastern U.S. Focus on sales to large OEM accounts, both growing existing customers and winning business with new accounts. Drive the overall sales strategy. Develop and measure key performance metrics. Implement best practices in sales process. Coach and mentor the team. Travel throughout the region.
Home office position, ideally along the eastern seaboard and near a major airport.
REQUIREMENTS: BS Engineering or technical discipline preferred, MBA a plus. 8+ years of technical sales experience. Demonstrated track record of measuring and growing sales, with experience selling to OEM. Solid leadership capabilities. Looking for a hungry and driven sales professional with potential to advance! Ability to travel 50%.
REWARD: Compensation target of $200k+ (base salary plus commission) in addition to company car and benefits package.
