VISIONExclusive. PE funded roll up of building services. In last 3 years, Company has grown in USA from concept to run rate of $300M via 20+ acquisitions and now has operations in 17 states. 3-5 additional acquisitions will be concluded before yearend in USA. Globally Company is approaching $1B in revenues and plans on completing an IPO in 2nd half of 2020. North American operations is B2C and B2B with strong profitability and recurring revenues. New role reporting to CFO. Partner with leadership across total business.

 

OPPORTUNITYGoal is to build, enhance and lead a more robust financial budgeting, forecasting, reporting (KPIs) and analysis capabilities. Looking for a versatile leader that is hands-on and has a value-adding business partner make-up that transcends the total business…..ideal for a Type A personality with upside potential. Key functionality:

 

Business Intelligence & Analytics: Build strong analysis and reporting on financial and operational performance of divisions (e.g. KPIs, scorecard) and functions (e.g. cost of operations, acquisitions, benefits). Provide analytics and information to divisions that will improve profitability and build revenues; partner with IT to deliver daily metrics and KPIs

 

Budget & Capital Spending: Prepare annual budget and strategic forecast; review capital expenditures

 

Sales Forecasting & Analysis: use CRM and build revenue forecasting and analysis at branch, regional, and market channel; partner with marketing on pricing, margin management, and sales trends.

 

Financial Reporting: Partner with Corporate Controller to prepare variance analysis, short term forecasts, and KPIs for monthly reporting package.

 

Process Improvements: Identify cost savings opportunities (e.g. move A/P and P/R to shared services; centralize purchasing, outsourcing, etc.). Contribute on projects (e.g. integration of acquisitions, implementation of new software).

 

REQUIREMENTS:  CPA or MBA first choice. Looking for 7+ years of business experience within ideally a PE funded roll up or multi-locations business that has grown through acquisitions. Must have strong financial reporting, analysis and forecasting skills. Must live within commuting distance of Summit (no relocation considered). Must be willing to travel (major USA cities) 20-30%.

 

REWARD:  $140,000 to $160,000 plus 20% target bonus and strong upside potential
