OPPORTUNITY: Report to C-level within a proactive business with 400+ employees (non-union). Hands-on generalist role; partnering with senior leadership in all areas. Core functions are employee relations and communications, performance management, recruitment and onboarding support, HR compliance, and coordination of training & development. Responsible for leading, coordinating and implementing HR services, policies, and programs to enable a high-performance culture.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of related experience in HR. PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred. HR experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.
