OEM Sales Manager

VISION: U.S. division of a European-based global manufacturing and chemicals company that has a strong North American presence and is expanding into new markets and new accounts. Broad portfolio of specialty products used in electronics applications. Looking for a key sales leader to drive and execute the growth strategy!
OPPORTUNITY: Visible sales leadership role focused on winning and growing business with Tier 1 OEM accounts. Key markets include aerospace, automotive and electronics. Partner with global sales colleagues to prioritize and penetrate new accounts in the U.S. market. Play the lead role in consulting with these accounts, negotiating contracts, and maintaining the relationships. Terrific pipeline and potential!
Home office position, ideally in the Midwest or West Coast.
REQUIREMENTS: BA/BS required, engineering or technical discipline preferred. 5+ years in technical sales to large OEM accounts, ideally in aerospace, automotive or electronics. Key accounts include Boeing, Continental, Delphi, Siemens, etc. Track record of opening new accounts and consistently growing sales. Ability to travel nationally, with occasional trips overseas.
REWARD: Base $80-120k (DOE) plus commission (target 25-40%) and benefits package.
