VISION: Lead the roll-out of products nationally for this i nnovative biomedical start-up. You will plan and execute growth plans based on new product development and new account/market opportunities. With operations in the greater-New Haven, CT area, this is an ideal role for a detail-oriented and hands-on professional who wants to make a difference, can meet deadlines, and looks for upside career potential.
OPPORTUNITY: Manage across all functions in this project leadership role as you direct problem solving for all issues arising in the daily operations of the start-up, and the scale up of manufacturing. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will manage contracts, oversee and schedule vendors, and assure they are performing as specified. Work closely with sales, marketing and product development to improve product performance and to launch new products.
REQUIREMENTS: BS degree, preferably in Engineering with Marketing experience essential. We are looking for 3+ years of experience building and maintaining relationships with vendors, contractors, and consultants. Must have strong written, oral, and computer skills.
REWARD: $60,000 to $80,000 depending on experience, plus benefits, and the opportunity to work with a highly passionate global team of professionals.
