Privately-held; multi-plant, global manufacturer of specialty products targeting multiple channels. Company had record revenues in 2017 and is expecting 15% growth for 2018 and in 2019.
Report to C-level within a proactive business with 400+ employees (non-union). Responsible for achieving all staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; managing relocations and intern programs across all functions. Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for hourly staff, and facilitate broader talent acquisition processes. Lead onboarding initiatives and assist in the development and execution of training and development programs.
Bachelorís Degree with 5 years of related experience in recruiting; experience in a global manufacturing company strongly preferred. PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred. Ability to maintain sensitive and/or confidential information. †Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
