100% of B&B’s business development (i.e., new customers) efforts are referrals.
B&B completed 137 permanent placements (439 candidates submitted for those placements) in 2019 and 2020 combined. B&B placed 28 candidates at our client companies in 1st Quarter 2022!
- 83% (114 out of 137) of the 2019/2020 placements were completed under 90 calendar days.
- 71% (97 out of 137) of our 2019/2020 searches were completed with a placement; 95% (41 out of 43) of our retained 2019/2020 searches were completed with a placement.
- 91% (72 out of 76) of our 2019 placements were from repeat clients.
- 79% (48 out of 61) of our 2020 placements were from repeat clients.
- 81% (137 out of 169) of our 2019/2020 offers extended to candidates were accepted.
